Here at Ostinato we offer a customized programme for each individual, depending on their individual requirements. Following your consultation, specific academic and mindfulness elements are explored every week, where the student is given clear instructions on how to apply advice and techniques at home.

Students receive a folder and weekly detailed handout which provides clear instructions on home practice and academic guidelines, as covered in their session.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.

GROUP SESSIONS

MM2 MAY 2018

JUST B 4 Week Mindful Meditation Course       

DATE: Starting Sunday 30 September 2018.

TIME: 11am (45 minutes)

COST: €50 per person (total cost). Must be paid prior to starting course.

VENUE: Rathfarnham (Beside Rathfarnham Castle Park).

Details: Attendees will be guided through various mindful meditation practices, including a body scan meditation and loving-kindness meditation. Additionally, students will be taught shorter meditations/breathing techniques and mindful movement that they can easily include during the day and especially as part of a bed-time routine to help calm a busy and stressed mind.

This course will encourage and support you to cultivate a daily home practice. The aim of JUST B is to bring about awareness, relaxation, restfulness and to begin the journey towards greater peace and stillness in your life.
